Perida is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, a late-ripening Bordeaux-origin grape variety that requires plenty of sunlight to best express its structure and complexity.After fermentation in stainless steel, it ages for 12 months in barrique, acquiring depth and elegance. Its deep ruby red color anticipates a rich bouquet of black fruits, tobacco and vanilla, with hints of leather and sweet spices.
